You receive an offer that outlines exactly what our fees is and what work we will do for this.
In a number of alternatives we show our ideas. Possibly 2 or 3 different variants are drawn in both 2D and 3D. A moodboard (collage of reference images, colors and materials) helps us maintain the right direction in the styling of the plan.
A sketch design for a new layout and layout for a total house / office we offer
from € 1.300, - excl. VAT.
The design for only one room in a building is also possible. Price approx. € 40, - / m2, excl. VAT.
The sketch design has been approved and will be developed so that the interior can be realized.
We make a proposal for furniture, lighting, materials and provide the necessary drawings for contractor and interior contractor.
If necessary, we will help with the building permit and the coordination between the other advisers, such as the calculator of a construction.
Choice of the contractor / interior contractor. We help with the purchase of furniture, managing suppliers and coordinating deliveries. Supervision during realizaition, maintaining quality and concept.
All project phases we always offer separately. You are not obliged to purchase all services at us!
Any additional work will also be done at the current design rate of € 60, - / hour excl.VAT charged
(or otherwise, if agreed).
A brainstorm session at your home or office about your new interior. Within 2-3 hours, sketching, we discuss all ideas and possibilities. Ideal moment for the buyers of a new building. This gives you a grip on the technical organization of your home / office.
